The main duties of the Embassy of Finland in Israel are:

• to maintain bilateral political and commercial-economical relationships between Israel and Finland
• to follow Israeli standpoints on matters concerning the Middle-East and to report them to the Foreign Ministry in Finland
• consular- and citizen affairs
• to promote Finland in Israel, also different kinds of information- and cultural duties
